What Is A Chipper Workout?

A chipper is a workout that generally starts with higher repetitions where you complete all the allotted reps before moving on to the next movement. You in short, "chip" away until completion and then move on to the next exercise. Chippers are very fun and rewarding. You get a lot of variety of movements in one workout and it mentally is rewarding as you complete the tasks at hand and see the required reps going down. For example, a workout could be reps of 50-40-30-20-10 or even 20-18-16-14-12-10...etc... Today we have a very fun chipper planned for our members, the repetitions start high and gradually lower in this scheme: 100-50-40-30-20-10. As for movements, it was structured this way 100 Double Unders
