Home Workouts With Limited Equipment

Don't forget, you can do a lot with a little! Our last blog post was about home workouts with no equipment and this one will focus on home workouts with limited equipment. Here's what you'll need: either a kettlebell or set of dumbbells (or both!) and a jump rope. That's it! There are hundreds of movements and workouts you can do with these pieces of equipment.

The kettlebell is extremely versatile, from swings to squats to presses, you can do it all. The same goes for the dumbbell. Anything you can do with a barbell, you can do with a dumbbell! A jump rope is great for easy cardio and coordination skills. Below we will highlight a few workouts incorporating these pieces of equipment.
