Kettlebell WOD: FOR TIME

100 Single Arm Russian Kettlebell Swings (100 ea side)

Immediately into 100 Air Squats

Break up/divide swings as needed


Dumbbell WOD: 6 Rounds

10 DB Thrusters

20 DUBS (60 Singles or 60 Jumping Jacks)

30 Mountain Climbers
