Our CrossFit Training Coaches

Pam Riddle - Coach

I was introduced to CrossFit in 2011 and immediately was hooked. Having been in the fitness industry my whole life, CrossFit meshed with my own personal fitness & teaching style.  Instead of going to the gym & spending hours lifting, doing cardio stretching, etc., I could do all of that in one hour at CrossFit. But more than the workouts, I love the community & the friends I’ve made along the way.

Victoria Muscolino - Coach

I was introduced to CrossFit in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the methodology (how doing constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity really can be the catalyst to improving one’s health).  One of my greatest passions in life is people. Meeting people, hearing their story, celebrating their wins and being a help to them in any way. It was a natural step for me with this passion to become a trainer and give back to our wonderful community. I am a licensed dental assistant and have been working in healthcare for 14 years, helping people improve their health is my calling and I look forward to sharing this journey with you. My favorite movements include barbell complexes and when I'm not at the box, you can find me spending time with family, playing pitch or enjoying good food at local establishments!

Sam Eck - Coach

I found CrossFit in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the workouts and the community. Active my whole life, I have a black belt in Taekwondo, played football through high school and captained the co-ed cheerleader team at Westfield State. I began working out at CrossFit 1727 after gaining some weight and being unhappy with myself. The team and community at 1727 helped me get back to where I needed to be!

I love CrossFit because there is a great blend of community and competitiveness that helps people thrive. I became a coach to help our community hit their goals, just like 1727 helped me hit mine!

Joe Shea - Owner/Coach

I was introduced to CrossFit by a family member in 2008 and have never looked back. Bored with a traditional gym, the CrossFit methodology made me enjoy fitness again. It quickly filled the void left from years of playing competitive sports, which I was no longer participating in. A former junior hockey goaltender, I feel my years of 1-1 training with top coaches in arguably the most technical position in all of sports, gives me a sharp eye to break down and correct form. As a three time Regional Competitor, I look forward to sharing my experiences. I can't wait to meet you and get to work.
