Ready to Get Started with CrossFit?

The program at CrossFit 1727 was carefully designed to give you the highest ROI (return on investment) in a one hour class. ​Every class is led and instructed by a certified coach, at CrossFit 1727, you are never on your own.  A typical class will consist of a dynamic warm-up, strength training, workout & cool-down. Class sizes are capped at 15 to ensure each member receives the proper amount of attention and instruction. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM CROSSFIT 1727: 

  • Structured one hour class 

  • 1-1 coaching in every session

  • ​To be progressed correctly and safely 

  • To be pushed when necessary and to be held back when necessary

  • Consistently challenged

Our coaches are going to invest fully in your development with the purpose of helping you reach your full health & fitness potential. Your goals are our goals and we must be committed to each other. 

  • Consistent Attendance

In order to reap the highest benefits of our program, consistency will be crucial. We recommend the following tiered sessions per week based on your goals: 

  1. ​Minimum of 3 days per week for overall health & fitness

  2. ​4-5 days per week for overall health & fitness AND performance improvement

  3. 5-6 days per week for the competitive athlete
